Refund Policy

The basics

121Notes is a product of Pure Sight & Sound, Inc. When a vendor unlocks a lead, the full contact details (name, email, phone, zip code) are revealed immediately. Because lead unlocks are digital goods delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable. We outline the exceptions below.

When we will issue a refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • Technical error: You were charged but the lead was not actually unlocked due to a webhook failure, database error, or other technical issue on our side.
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged twice for the same lead unlock due to a system error.
  • Unauthorized charge: Someone made the charge without your authorization (suspected fraud or compromised account). Please notify us immediately so we can investigate and secure your account.
  • Charge amount mismatch: The amount charged does not match the number of leads you selected at checkout.

When we will not issue a refund

We will not issue a refund in the following situations, because the digital good was delivered exactly as described:

  • You decided after the fact that you don’t want to follow up with a particular lead;
  • The lead does not respond to your outreach, ignores your emails, or is not interested in your product;
  • The lead’s contact information is accurate but their circumstances changed (e.g., they left their company);
  • You captured fewer leads than you expected at the event;
  • You unlocked leads in error (e.g., selected the wrong leads at checkout). We strongly recommend reviewing your selection carefully before paying.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@121notes.com within 14 days of the original charge with the following information:

  • The email address on your 121Notes account;
  • The Stripe receipt or charge ID (from your email receipt);
  • The date and amount of the charge;
  • A short explanation of the reason for the refund request.

We will respond within 2 business days and let you know whether your request is approved.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. Pure Sight & Sound, Inc. does not retain any portion of refunded amounts.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us first at support@121notes.com. We aim to resolve all billing disputes within 2 business days. Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in your 121Notes account being suspended pending resolution.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the most recent revision. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your charge is the one that applies to that charge.
