FAQ
How the one-flat-fee model works, what's free for vendors and attendees, and how we handle your data.
PRICING & BILLING
The event coordinator pays a single activation fee to open their event. The price band is set by how many vendors or booths the event has. Most coordinators bake this into their booth fees.
Never. Vendors and attendees sign up for free. Vendors get the full app — lead capture, complete contact details, and notes — as a perk of being at the event.
No. There are no per-lead charges and no contact paywall. Once the coordinator activates the event, vendors see full lead details with no extra cost.
By the number of vendors at the event. Smaller shows pay less; larger shows pay more. Pick the band that fits your vendor count — current prices are on the pricing page.
For events above our standard bands, reach out for an Enterprise quote at support@121notes.com. We'll size the activation fee to your show.
Activation fees are processed by Stripe in U.S. dollars and appear on your statement as 121NOTES.COM. 121Notes is a product of Pure Sight & Sound, Inc.
Activation is delivered digitally and takes effect immediately, so fees are generally non-refundable once your event is activated. Exceptions include technical errors (your event wasn't activated despite being charged), duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or a charge amount that doesn't match what you selected at checkout. Email support@121notes.com within 14 days; we aim to resolve billing questions within 2 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Create your event, add your vendors, then pay the one-time activation fee for the band that matches your vendor count. Your event opens as soon as payment completes.
Most coordinators bake the activation fee into their existing booth fees. Spread across the booths, it's a small line item — and every vendor gets full lead capture as part of their package.
Live floor analytics: booth traffic by hour, per-vendor engagement rankings, attendee-to-vendor interaction counts, sponsor ROI reporting, and post-event exports — plus attendee registration and check-in tools.
No. Vendor lead contact details are private to each vendor organization. As the organizer you see aggregate engagement analytics — never vendor lead lists. Vendors trust the platform because their pipeline stays theirs.
FOR VENDORS
Nothing. If your event runs on 121Notes, you get the full app free: lead capture, complete contact details, conversation notes, booth analytics, and CSV export.
No. There are no badge scanners to rent and no hardware to return — your team scans attendee QR badges with the phones already in their pockets.
Your notes are yours. Staff members see only their own notes; your organization's admin can see the team's notes. Event organizers and attendees never see vendor notes.
Yes. Export your leads and notes to CSV in one click and load them straight into your CRM.
FOR ATTENDEES
No. Attendees use 121Notes completely free.
No. Your digital badge is a QR code that works right in your phone's browser — nothing to download.
The contact details you agreed to share when you registered for the event. Only vendors who actually scan your badge at their booth receive your details — there's no event-wide attendee list handed to every vendor.
Yes. Notes you keep on vendors you visited are visible only to you — never to vendors, organizers, or other attendees.
PRIVACY & DATA
No. The QR code is an identity token tied to the event — it contains no raw personal information. Contact details are only released through the platform when a vendor scans you at the event.
