121Notes is a SaaS platform for running trade shows and expos. Attendees carry a digital QR badge, vendors use their booth lane to scan attendees and manage follow-up activity, and coordinators get one operational view of registration, check-in, vendor activity, floor engagement, and sponsor ROI reporting.

## How is it priced?

The event coordinator pays a single one-time activation fee to open their event, priced by how many vendors the event hosts. Vendors and attendees never pay anything. There are no per-lead charges, no contact paywall, no subscriptions, and no seat fees.

- Starter: $149 one-time event activation fee (up to 10 vendors)
- Standard: $349 one-time event activation fee (up to 30 vendors)
- Pro: $699 one-time event activation fee (up to 75 vendors)

## Who uses 121Notes?

- **Event Coordinators / Organizers**: Pay once to activate the event. Manage attendee registration, vendor assignments, check-in pace, floor analytics, vendor activity, and sponsor ROI reporting. Coordinators never see vendor private follow-up lists.
- **Exhibitors / Vendors**: Free. Scan attendee badge QR codes, review booth analytics, track team activity, and export permitted post-show follow-up data from their vendor lane.
- **Attendees / Visitors**: Free. Receive a digital badge QR code with no app install, check in faster, and return to their event lane from any device. The QR code is an identity token — it contains no raw personal information.
